Maggie Albertyn – Practice Director
Maggie brings more than 17 years of experience in medical aesthetics to Heights Laser Centre, having worked across nearly every part of the patient journey. She began her career in client services at age 19 while completing her university degree, then moved through patient treatment planning, clinic management, and eventually senior leadership, giving her a full-circle understanding of what makes a practice run well.
Before joining Heights Laser Centre, Maggie served as Head of the Cosmetic Division at Preventous Collaborative Health in Calgary, where she led a large multidisciplinary team and oversaw a multi-million-dollar aesthetic practice. She has since relocated to Vancouver, bringing her experience in medical aesthetics and practice leadership with her.
Maggie is passionate about ethical, evidence-based medical aesthetics and building a clinic experience defined by consistently high standards of care, safety, and service. At Heights Laser Centre, she focuses on patient experience, ensuring every patient receives the same exceptional standard of treatment and outcomes.
When she’s not at the clinic, Maggie can be found practicing ballet, cooking, or planning her next trip. Europe is a favourite destination of hers.
Anna Di Lullo, LE, CLT – Esthician
Anna has excelled in the aesthetics industry since 1998 and has been a part of the Heights Laser family since 2005.
Her passion is in skin health maintenance, and she loves helping patients feel great about themselves. You can always count on her to offer you the best and most honest cosmetic advice. She is up to date and informed on the latest trends and products in the beauty industry.
Her friendly and motherly nature will make you feel comfortable the moment you walk into our clinic. When Anna is not her helping our patients achieve their goals, she is at home spending time with her two beautiful daughters or creating yummy treats in the kitchen.
Adele – Patient Clinic Care Administrator
Adele has lived in the Lower Mainland for all of her life. She loves living and working in the Heights community. She has worked in the insured and private healthcare industry since 1992 and has been employed with Dr. Jaffer since 1994.
Adele joined the Heights Laser Centre in 2005 and works alongside Dr. Jaffer as his Patient Clinic Care Administrator. She will make you feel comfortable during your procedure and answer any questions you may have before, during or after your treatment. Anytime you need assistance, she’ll be there to help you. Adele has positive energy and a contagious smile.
When Adele is not at the laser centre, she enjoys raising her two teenage kids, reading and assisting Dr. Jaffer at his medical practice.
